Take the 10t/h ZOZEN gas-fired thermic fluid heater an example.
The heat supply is 6 million kcal, the thermal efficiency of the boiler is 95%, and the calorific value of fuel is 8,600 kcal/m, so the hourly gas consumption of the boiler is 6 million kcal ÷ 95% ÷ 8,600 kcal per cubic meter =734.39m3.
That is to say, under full load, the hourly gas consumption of a 10-ton thermic fluid heater is about 734.39m3. Of course, this is only the thermic fluid heater fuel consumption calculation in the ideal state, and it can only be roughly estimated.
